Clinical Forms Online

With the new law in place, I feel there is no room anymore for my online-forms/online-questionaires. Do you see any possibilities in a module as mentioned above? Or do you maybe have some other options to explore?

Thanks for the posts. This is currently on development schedule to make Online Forms that integrates with the software. The forms will either come as an extension to the existing Online Diary module or as a new feature via the Client Portal. We are not 100% certain of how it will be implemented but it will be coming.

This has been a long time coming, but we have recently made available an online form system through our new E-Docs feature. For more information on this and its requirements, please see the link below.

When using e-docs we are sending patients a New Patient Intake Form.  When this is imported is it possible to automatically transfer the date into the Patient Details Section?

What date is it that you’re trying to import. Is this a date field that exists on the patient record already? It might be easier if you give our support team a call so that you can show us what you require via screen connect.
